폭염에 농산품값 급등...시금치 223% 올라

역대 최악의 폭염으로 생산자물가지수가 4년 만에 최고 수준으로 치솟았다.
 

한국은행이 21일 발표한 ‘2018년 8월 생산자물가지수’에 따르면 지난달 생산자물가지수는 105.43으로 한 달 전보다 0.5% 올랐다. 이는 2014년 8월 105.57을 기록한 이후 최고 수준이다.

농림수산품이 생산자물가지수의 상승폭을 견인한 것으로 분석됐다. 농림수산품 물가지수는 132.61로 7월보다 8.7% 급등했다.

특히 농산품 물가는 지난달보다 18.3% 오른 156.07로 나타났다. 농산물 품목별로 살펴보면 시금치 222.9%, 배추 91%, 수박 50.4%, 무 29.1% 등 큰 폭으로 올랐다.

축산물은 지난달보다 3.5% 상승했고 수산물은 3.7% 하락했다.

이번 생산자물가지수는 지난해 같은 달과 비교하면 3.0% 오른 수치다.
