구광모 LG그룹 회장이 선친인 고(故) 구본무 전 회장의 LG CNS 지분 전량을 상속받았다.

 

LG CNS는 구본무 전 회장의 LG CNS 주식 97만2600주(1.12%)가 지난 1일 구광모 회장에게 상속됐다고 8일 공시했다. LG CNS는 LG그룹 비상장 계열사로 구광모 회장은 이번 상속을 통해 LG(지분율 84.95%) 다음으로 높은 지분을 보유하게 됐다.

LG 관계자는 "이달 말까지 LG 및 LG CNS 주식에 대한 상속세를 신고하고 1차 상속세액을 납부할 계획"이라고 전했다.

앞서 구광모 회장은 지난 2일 선친의 LG 주식 1945만8169주(11.3%) 중 1512만2169주(8.8%)를 상속받았다.
